Do you know your DPC state statutes?

State statutes can be as specific as requiring consent forms to state in red 12 point font that your practice is not acting as an insurance company. After completing your questionnaire, I will review your state laws and help you decide if a DPC is something you want to add to your practice or maybe it’s too risky in your state. I can give you a good idea if it’s something you want to pursue before you waste $5,000 on lawyers fees.
